Christoph Lemp was born in 1963 in Munich and spent his childhood in the city on the Isar. He read architecture at the Fridericiana University in Karlsruhe and at the Montana State University in Bozeman, Montana, USA. He completed his qualifications in 1991 under Professors Fritz Haller and Ottokar Uhl. In the offices of Prof. Deilmann in Münster and Leipzig, he gained architectural experience and acclaim until founding the Bauwerk Gesellschaft für Baumanagement, München und Leipzig in 1994. As Managing Partner, he is in charge of the development and project management of residential buildings and controls several projects in Munich and Leipzig.
His financial acumen led to the founding in 1996 of Soletta Gesellschaft für Vermögensverwaltung, in 1997 to his appointment as Consultant to SMC Geiger Unternehmensberatung GmbH in Frankfurt am Main and in 1998 to his appointment as general trustee of Turismar s.a.s., Grosseto, Tuscany, Italy. In 2002, Christoph Lemp brought
together his experience in property development and asset consulting and joined Jürgen Schorn to found
Bauwerk Capital GmbH & Co. KG in Munich.
