MODERN UNDER-
STATEMENT

Detached houses, semi-detached houses, terraced houses, flats and apartments form a harmonious whole.

WELCOME TO LAGOM

Wood meets stone, and individual buildings blend harmoniously into the gentle landscape between the lake and forest. A natural stream runs picturesquely along the traffic-calmed quarter.

DRIVING FORCE OF NATURE

The modern architecture in LAGOM gets its character from premium wooden slats which run across all facades as a stylistic element.

LOCAL COLOUR

Facing south, the lake and sun, the facades – in light wooden panelling – appear summery and bright. Towards the stream and forest, however, the appearance is dark brown – referencing the beautiful, old tree population on the site.

DISTINCT CHARACTER

The most striking feature of the terraced and semi-detached houses is the dark strip of high-quality wooden slats on the long side of the façade, skilfully drawing attention to the first floor.

A SUPERB VIEW

The high windows are cleverly integrated into the bright wooden facade. Exterior shutters provide shade or can be opened for extra light.

DETACHED HOUSES

The detached houses are almost completely covered in fine, dark brown wood. A ribbon of fine, light plaster gives a special finesse and separates the two storeys from each other.

LIGHT, AIR, SUN

The high panorama windows, in part floor-to-ceiling, integrate elegantly into the vertical wooden slats and flood the spacious rooms with a lot of light and air. Electrically operated, external awnings provide shade.

NEW NORDIC

Large glass areas allowing sunlight into the living spaces provide a view of nature, echoing Scandinavian architecture. Generous floor plans and flowing rooms create free space and follow the natural rhythm and life of the residents.

GENTLE LANDSCAPE

Oak, alder, maple, beech, pine and cherry harmoniously perpetuate the tree population, emphasising the landscape typical of the local area.

LAGOM BY LYNX ARCHITECTURE

Since 2001, Susanne Muhr and Volker Petereit have been developing sophisticated architecture in Munich and the surrounding area. In doing so, the architect duo maintain high standards of design quality and focus closely on the location in question and its traditional design of materials and forms.

LAGOM is holistically conceived: A timeless, high-quality equipment continues the handwriting of the architects from the outside to the inside.
