With the co-living space on the ground floor, Van B creates space for networking, working, enjoying and being together. The renowned Munich interior designer Stephanie Thatenhorst developed the interior design for this.
Van B creates space for art. For the art direction that perfectly matches the design of the building: urban contemporary art. Inspired by Ben van Berkel's design and drafted by the artist Duo Layer Cake
The plane tree avenue along Van B is a nature experience, every day. Trees, leaves within reach, and right in the middle of the urban space.
