When an area is unused for a long time, we support city life. By making the spaces available and developing concepts for youth, sports, culture or art together with artists, educational research or cultural institutions. These can be exhibitions or studios, urban farming, presentations of green tech start-ups, upcycling workshops or e-sports.
Innovative materials
We want to be pioneers in the innovative use of sustainable building materials. To this end, we work together with universities and support various research projects.
