Kink in the façade 

The buildings have several positive aspects: architecturally, the buildings gain identity and attractiveness through the vertical development of the "folded façade". Above all, however, you can step in front of the façade from almost any apartment and enjoy a 180-degree panorama- and always without being able to see into the neighbours' apartments.

Thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and panoramic box windows as well as above-average ceiling height, a generous feeling of space is created in all types. The optimally integrated cube combines bathroom, storage space and technology with optimal space efficiency. The resulting free space allows for the individual structuring and design of the lofts - including the optional placement of partition walls.

Shopping and going out in Neuhausen

The heart of Neuhausen is the Rotkreuzplatz: it is the location of the weekly and Christmas market, tram and underground station, street art zone - and the ideal starting point for discovery tours through the district. Traditional inns, charming bars and restaurants line up close together with small, beautiful shops full of original offers. Sometimes all it takes is a few weeks of absence for you to realise that there really is always something new in Neuhausen.

Walk and marvel

A showcase to enjoy along the canal and the castle turret: when strolling through Nymphenburg on a Sunday, you can always enjoy a little of the neighbourhood's genteel society. If you walk a little further around Nymphenburg Palace and follow the Schlossgartenkanal westwards, you will discover the wilder side of the park with its wooded paths, romantic lakes and park castles. And you’ll see that the Wittelsbacher royals also knew something about local recreational quality.

Anyone who sees the 40-hectare park area only as the home of the supposedly largest beer garden in the world is doing it an injustice. The Hirschgarten is also a game reserve and a paradise for beginners tobogganing, summer and winter home to curling, a playground for the young and old, a picnic area and sunbathing lawn. And of course, a jogging track and front garden for its neighbours in FRIENDS.

Mobility and accessibility. 

FRIENDS offers excellent connections to the public transport network, with suburban railway, tram and bus stops right outside.
