On the outside, Van B is a pioneer. On the inside, a revolutionary. A building that reinvents urban living. The 1- to 4-room apartments offer an almost infinite feeling of space.
Van B not only creates living space, but thinks it. Even outside the apartments. From the underground garage to the roof. A place that lives, that inspires. A place that leads the way.
With the co-living space on the ground floor, Van B creates space for networking, working, enjoying and being together. The renowned Munich interior designer Stephanie Thatenhorst is developing the interior design for this.
Van B creates space for art. For the art direction that perfectly matches the design of the building: urban contemporary art. Inspired by Ben van Berkel's design and drafted by the artist Duo Layer Cake
The plane tree avenue along Van B is a nature experience, every day. Trees, leaves within reach, and right in the middle of the urban space. The inner courtyard garden creates quiet zones with lots of greenery. In addition, a bouldering wall, fitness and play equipment, and a boules court offer many options for being active.
The rooftop garden on the roof of Van B is an experience from start to finish. 360° Munich panorama guaranteed. From the Olympic Tower to the Alps. From morning to night, a place to enjoy freedom in the midst of urban life.
The in-house parcel box system is so much more than a logistical solution. It is one of those tools that optimise everyday life, because it saves time. Time that can be used sensibly for other things.
Car and e-bike sharing are just as much a matter of course as the e-charging stations in the underground car park. Bike repair stations are available for all cyclists. The concept is completed with a sufficient number of underground and bicycle parking spaces.
