Bauwerk invests equity in project developments as well as existing properties and offers institutional investors and family offices attractive investment opportunities from an equity and mezzanine capital of Euro 5 million. Depending on the size of the project, the required equity capital can amount to up to Euro 75 million.
The project-specific investment period is usually between 12 and 36 months. A normal market return is always aimed for. Mid-year interest payments can also be offered during the project term. The project developments are sold in the course of or after realisation either in individual ownership to private investors or owner-occupiers or globally to institutional investors.
