Flats & apartments, terraced houses, semi-detached houses and detached houses form a harmonious whole.
WELCOME TO LAGOM
Wood meets stone, and individual buildings blend harmoniously into the gentle landscape between the lake and forest. A natural stream runs picturesquely along the traffic-calmed quarter.
DRIVING FORCE OF NATURE
The modern architecture in LAGOM gets its character from premium wooden slats which run across all facades as a stylistic element.
Facing south, the lake and sun, the facades – in light wooden panelling – appear summery and bright. Towards the stream and forest, however, the appearance is dark brown – referencing the beautiful, old tree population on the site.
The most striking feature of the terraced houses is the dark strip of high-quality wooden slats on the long side of the façade, skilfully drawing attention to the first floor.
A SUPERB VIEW
The high windows are cleverly integrated into the wooden facade: exterior shutters provide shade or can be fully opened for extra light.
Large glass areas allowing sunlight into the living spaces provide a view of nature, echoing Scandinavian architecture.
Oak, alder, maple, beech, pine and cherry harmoniously perpetuate the tree population, emphasising the landscape typical of the local area.
LIGHT, AIR, SUN
Generous floor plans and flowing rooms create free space and follow the natural rhythm and life of the residents. A clear separation of the living areas exemplifies intelligent planning.
A timeless, premium interior brings the outside design of the architects indoors.
