Emotional Functionalism

When choosing the facilities, quality was as much the focus as the design: Robust floor coverings made of naturally oiled oak parquet in the living areas, and natural Jura stone tiles in combination with timeless design classics from Duravit and Dornbracht in the bathrooms.


All apartments are equipped with the Busch-free@home housing technology for comfortable control of lighting, heating, blinds and lots more. Access is possible from a central Welcome Panel or on the move via smart phone and tablets.


Thanks to its end-to-end energy efficiency concepts, the massive brick structure fulfils the KfW 70 energy-efficiency requirements. Heating  is provided by an environmentally friendly pellet heating system.

Project status

Construction work has already begun. Completion is planned for december 2016.
